Book and confirm reservations while handling guest concerns with a cheerful attitude. Educate guests on current in-center promotions. Maintain center cleanliness and uphold corporate policies. Be a team player and assist with shifts as needed. A passion for people and sales ! Knowledge and Skill Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal communication skills. A positive, friendly, and upbeat demeanor. Ability to work independently and as a team. Flexibility to meet shift requirements, including weekends.
