Job OpportunitySoutheast Texas HR, a leader in recruiting and HR services, is currently seeking a certified LVN for a private practice facility. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care and assistance in a fast-paced, dynamic private practice environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best healthcare professionals in the area. This can become temp-to-perm positions for the ideal candidate. Pay will start at $22.50. Hours are Monday and Thursday 9AM-6PM, Tue and Wed 8AM-5PM, off Friday, Saturday and Sunday.Responsibilities:Provide high-quality patient care in a private practice settingAdminister medication and treatments as ordered by physiciansPerform duties such as taking vital signs, documenting patient information, and managing patient flowAssist physicians with proceduresEducate patients and their families on healthcare needs and treatment plansEnsure medical equipment is properly maintained and kept cleanCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a positive patient experienceRequirements:Active LVN CertificationMinimum of 2 years of experience working in a private practice or clinic settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technologyStrong attention to detailPassion for providing exceptional patient care
