The Role:
- Location: Walla Walla, WA
- Assignment duration: ASAP - Ongoing
- Shift Type: 10 hours. Regular Hours: Required.
- Shift Times: 6a-4p; 8a-6p; 12p-10p; 3p-1a; 9p-6a
- Provider Min # Shifts Required: 11-15 Shifts per month
- Guaranteed Hours per Day: 10
- OT: Applies after 12 hours per day.
- Cases: 23 patient encounters per shift
- Site Charting System: Epic
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
