Commercial Litigation Attorney


A respected and growing law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated business and commercial disputes within a collaborative, client-focused environment.


What You'll Do
- Represent clients in a broad range of complex commercial and civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate, construction, and general liability claims.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
- Manage all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, strategic advice to clients and senior attorneys.
- Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies and achieve efficient, favorable results.


What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial or complex civil litigation.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters independently while thriving in a team-oriented culture.
- Proficiency with legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw) and standard office software.
