We are seeking a Manager of Sales at ITS to help lead ITS into the next phase of growth. Reporting to the CEO, the Manager of Sales will be responsible for an existing Sales team. This person will lead the strategic direction and management of the sales engine to fine-tune, optimize, scale, and successfully help the company meet its short and long-term objectives. As a part of the leadership team, you will be a key voice in how we execute and grow. You will learn from our existing team and draw from their extensive experience and success, while bringing new perspectives and solutions to enable exponential growth and greater market share penetration. As a trusted advisor, the Manager of Sales must be an authentic collaborator, strong leader, and proactive, strategic problem solver. Responsibilities Lead Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and drive top‑line growth. Client Relationship Management: Establish and manage relationships with key executives, ensuring that ITS becomes a trusted partner in their IT and telecommunication needs. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high‑performing sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages success and professional growth. Sales Process Ownership: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and effective approach that maximizes revenue. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, adapting strategies to capture new verticals and drive business expansion. Cross‑Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize client satisfaction. Vendor and Customer Collaboration: Partner with vendors to enhance service offerings and deliver value to customers through tailored solutions. Technology Utilization: Leverage technology platforms like Salesforce and Outreach to optimize sales processes, improve team efficiency, and track performance. Quota Achievement: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, ensuring that your team consistently meets and exceeds company expectations. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in IT Sales leadership. Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, particularly in closing complex deals involving multiple decision‑makers. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing sales team, with a focus on achieving collective goals. Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with B2B software and technology platforms, including CRM systems like Salesforce, and a commitment to using technology to drive results. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead client meetings and deliver compelling pitches. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment. Problem‑Solving Ability: A self‑starter attitude with strong problem‑solving skills, capable of making sound decisions independently.
