General Manager (01905) – 2256 Bunker Lake Blvd NW Position: Full‑time • Category: Store General Manager Responsibilities Operate all store equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare products and assemble orders. Receive and process telephone orders. Maintain inventory records and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Provide orientation and on‑the‑job training for new team members. Process monetary transactions and give accurate change. Input orders using computer keyboard or touch screen. Navigate delivery area, read maps, and locate customer addresses. Skills & Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately. Motor coordination and hand‑eye coordination for rapid, precise movements. Proficiency in using a computer and telephone for order entry. Capacity to navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings during delivery. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; insured vehicle for delivery. Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods; travel between store and delivery vehicle. Sitting for paperwork at a desk or table. Lifting up to 50 pounds, including cases of ingredients and supplies. Carrying and moving large cans, pizza sauce, and trays weighing up to 12 lb each. Pushing and pulling trays on dollies; occasional climbing of stairs or ladders. Bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching up to 72 in. continuously. Environmental & Sensing Requirements Work in varying temperatures (36 °F in cooler to 90 °F+ in hot areas). Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, and sharp edges. Required visual acuity: near, mid‑range, depth perception, and night vision for driving. Other Expectations Maintain cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. Follow all policy and procedures 100 % of the time, and expect the same from the crew. Provide excellent customer service, proper store cleanliness, and marketing activities to ensure profitability.
