What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel at home. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping team. - Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards. - Training and mentoring housekeeping staff to maintain consistency and quality. - Managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels of cleaning supplies and amenities. - Addressing guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.

What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related supervisory role. - Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage a team. - A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. - Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and guests. - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
