Parts Sales Specialist

We're seeking a Parts Sales Specialist in Albuquerque to drive aftermarket revenue by matching clients with the right HVAC components quickly and accurately.
Must-Haves • 2+ years in HVAC parts sales or technical customer service • Knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment brands and components • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to read technical manuals and equipment schematics • Proficiency with CRM or parts management software Nice-to-Haves • EPA certification • Experience with major brands like Carrier, Trane, York, or Daikin • Background in mechanical distribution or wholesale • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills Compensation & Logistics Competitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and performance incentives.
