Parts Sales Specialist

Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Parts Sales Specialist in Albuquerque to drive aftermarket revenue by matching clients with the right HVAC components quickly and accurately.

Impact

• Generate consistent revenue through strategic parts inventory management and client relationships

• Reduce equipment downtime by ensuring fast, accurate part identification and delivery

• Build long-term client loyalty through expert technical support and reliable service

• Support service technicians with timely parts availability that keeps projects on schedule

Responsibilities

• Process parts orders for commercial HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, and air handlers

• Research and cross-reference manufacturer part numbers for obsolete or hard-to-find components

• Maintain relationships with equipment vendors and distributors to ensure competitive pricing

• Coordinate parts deliveries with service teams and field technicians

• Manage inventory levels to balance availability with carrying costs

• Prepare quotes and proposals for parts-only opportunities

• Track warranty claims and coordinate parts returns with manufacturers

• Provide technical guidance to clients on parts selection and compatibility

Requirements
Must-Haves

• 2+ years in HVAC parts sales or technical customer service

• Knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment brands and components

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to read technical manuals and equipment schematics

• Proficiency with CRM or parts management software

Nice-to-Haves

• EPA certification

• Experience with major brands like Carrier, Trane, York, or Daikin

• Background in mechanical distribution or wholesale

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
