Position: Care Partner (PRN) Location: Kansas City, MO Wage: $17.50–$21 per hour Shift Schedule: Flexible Address: 8400 N Marston Rd, Kansas City, MO 64154 Responsibilities Advocate of Empathy : responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during vulnerable moments. Proactive with assisting residents with ADL : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English. Positive and energetic attitude; love residents. Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day. Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall. Criminal clearance required.
