Future Opening: Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities include using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay plus commission/bonus and paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days).

Requirements include being self-motivated, detail oriented, able to work in a team environment, and having a property and casualty license (must be able to obtain).
