Compensation: $31.25 - $36 / hour

Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring a Recruiter on behalf of our client. This position is ideal for a high-energy recruiting professional who can manage a fast-paced workload, effectively evaluate candidates, and support high-volume hiring efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume recruiting workload while remaining flexible and responsive as priorities shift.
• Evaluate and prioritize candidates using established interview criteria, assessments, and selection guidelines.
• Schedule, organize, and facilitate candidate interviews on a recurring weekly basis.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates for high-volume contact center hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity records and provide regular updates on interview activity and candidate results to recruiting leadership.
• Support administrative activities associated with bringing new hires into the organization.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the recruiting process and assist with additional recruiting-related projects as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Recruiting experience in a high-volume environment, preferably within call center, center, customer service, or similar hiring environments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates against established criteria.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with recruiting records and reporting.
