IT Support Analyst

Whitefish Credit Union is seeking a Technical Support Analyst I to serve as the primary contact for technical support. You will triage incoming requests, follow documented procedures, and escalate when needed while maintaining strong customer service. You will help maintain desktop hardware and document assets. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues onsite or remotely, manage user accounts, and ensure ticket SLAs are met. Some travel to branches may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
