The Regional HR Manager will support more than 1,300 employees while partnering closely with operations leadership to drive business success. Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources leader to oversee HR operations across multiple distribution facilities. This role is responsible for leading a regional HR team while driving recruiting, employee relations, compliance, talent development, and overall HR strategy. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing strategic leadership with day-to-day execution and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities: Direct HR operations across multiple distribution and warehouse locations spanning five states. Partner with operational leaders to align workforce strategies with business objectives. Lead recruiting efforts for hourly and warehouse positions while ensuring hiring goals are achieved. Develop, mentor, and lead a regional HR team, fostering accountability and professional growth. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workers' compensation, leave administration, and compliance. Monitor recruiting and retention metrics to support workforce stability and business performance. Standardize HR processes and ensure consistency across all supported locations. Build strong relationships with site leadership through periodic regional travel. Support workforce planning initiatives and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Minimum of 5 years of people leadership or HR management experience. Experience supporting large hourly employee populations. Background within manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, retail distribution, or another operational environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven success leading recruiting initiatives and managing hiring performance metrics. Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression. Professional, collaborative leadership style with a willingness to work at every level of the organization. Supports HR operations for approximately 1,300 employees across 17–18 locations. Leads a regional HR team consisting of managers, recruiters, representatives, and coordinators. Reports directly to business leadership. Approximately 20% travel throughout the assigned region. Annual merit-based salary increases.
