Fleet Maintenance Management: Oversee line maintenance, heavy checks, and depot-level repairs. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to FAA Part 121/145, NAMP 4790.2D, and Technical Directives (TDs). AOG Support & Rapid Deployment: Coordinate 24/7 AOG response teams and mobile repair units for Boeing and Airbus aircraft. Quality Control & Safety Audits: Supervise NALCOMIS OOMA work order tracking, aviation safety inspections, and FOD prevention. Budget & Resource Allocation: Develop maintenance cost reduction strategies while optimizing operational efficiency. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Fleet Maintenance Management: Oversee line maintenance, heavy checks, and depot-level repairs. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to FAA Part 121/145, NAMP 4790.2D, and Technical Directives (TDs). AOG Support & Rapid Deployment: Coordinate 24/7 AOG response teams and mobile repair units for Boeing and Airbus aircraft. Qualifications & Requirements: 6+ years in commercial aircraft maintenance management, preferably on Boeing or Airbus fleets. FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required.
