responsibilities:

• Develop strategic sourcing plans and TCO models for complex global commodities to align procurement with business and manufacturing goals.

• Lead the bid and tender process, creating comprehensive RFPs/RFQs for capital equipment, facilities, and services while evaluating supplier selections.

• Negotiate and manage diverse contract types, including Firm Fixed Price, GMP, and Turnkey, ensuring strict compliance with business law.

• Oversee full lifecycle project procurement, tracking critical milestones, managing scope, and proactively mitigating supply chain risks.

• Cultivate open, collaborative vendor relationships while monitoring performance schedules to deliver quality, on-time project execution.
