Associate Supply Chain Planner (Contract)

We're looking for an Associate Supply Chain Planner to support daily supply chain operations by helping manage inventory across multiple distribution centers, coordinating product movement, and ensuring materials are available where they're needed.

This is a great opportunity for someone with inventory planning or supply chain coordination experience who enjoys working with ERP systems and analyzing inventory data.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) for assigned products (SKUs)
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple distribution centers
• Use SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) to manage inventory transactions and material movements
• Execute truck loading activities within SAP
• Create purchase orders, receive materials, and process outbound shipments using IFS
• Prepare daily operational and inventory reports
• Assist with inventory forecasting and financial reporting
• Support scrap approvals and monitor product shipments
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products move efficiently through the supply chain

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, inventory planning, logistics, or materials management
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM (strongly preferred)
• Experience using IFS or another ERP system
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable working with inventory data and coordinating across multiple teams
