Job Responsibilities

• Cultivate Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patient needs and formulate personalized therapy plans to help them accomplish their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor functions, cognitive capacity, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, holistic care
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education to patients and caregivers about therapeutic strategies to support ongoing improvement at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary to ensure patients stay aligned with their goals

Qualifications

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or postgraduate certifications

Required Licenses and Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
