Project Manager Sr Process Improvement

Description Location: UCHealth Leprino Building AMC, Aurora, CO Department: Process Improvement Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $44.33 - $66.50 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Summary Directs multi-disciplinary teams to execute multi-year process improvement projects and their lifecycles for assigned businesses, functions or customers. Responsibilities Defines project scope, timeline, budgets, key outcome measures and operational transition plan for delivery. Provides detailed project request assessments for improved selection and resourcing. Identifies and manages project resources and teams to design, build and activate clinical, non-clinical, IT, construction, operational and administrative deliverables in line with project objectives. Monitors and controls communications, stakeholders, risks, timelines and costs. Audits to ensure project results add long-term value to the organization. Mentors and trains organizational project managers on foundational and advanced project management techniques, skills and competencies. Maintains executive portfolios and leads recurring reports. Facilitates business analysis and case development. Leads intra-organizational PMs in large-scale, complex work. Uses PM tools to build high-level plans to track and manage project phases, milestones, work packages and tasks. Facilitates executive steer meetings to identify operational challenges and recommend project-based solutions. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements Bachelor's degree. Preferred: Project Management Professional certification.
