Territory Business Manager - Alternate Site

Baxter seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Alternate Site division covering NYC and surrounding regions. The role involves driving sales of medical products including access, drug delivery, and nutrition solutions to healthcare facilities, managing customer relationships, and executing territory business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for Baxter product portfolios across assigned territory
- Execute sales strategies and business plans to meet volume and profit objectives
- Call on alternate site customers including home infusion, ASCs, physician offices, and oncology centers
- Manage and grow existing customer base while developing new accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams on GPO contracts and market information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum three years sales experience
- Medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Ability to analyze data and develop sales strategies
- Clinical knowledge of specialty therapies and disease states
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
Compensation: $96,000 - $120,000 base annually, plus sales incentive compensation
