Senior Director, Corporate Development

Responsibilities Identify compelling inorganic opportunities to accelerate Expedia Group’s strategy, spanning mergers, acquisitions, minority investments, and divestitures. Prepare thoughtful, comprehensive and cross‑functional business cases to discuss the opportunity with the senior executive team and board of directors. Execute transactions, drive due diligence and negotiate key terms. Partner with key internal leaders to ensure successful post‑deal integration of the target and value realization for Expedia Group. Mentor and coach junior members of the Corporate Development team. Qualifications 10+ years of M&A experience across reputed investment banking firms or equivalent experience at large public companies. Proven track record in leading transactions end to end. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills. Commercially savvy, with proven ability to think creatively and on the feet. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Experience in the travel industry preferred but not mandatory. MBA strongly preferred. Location: Seattle. Requires three in‑office days a week. Base salary range: $269,000.00 to $376,500.00 with the opportunity to increase to $430,500.00 based on performance.
