In this role you will be responsible for developing new business through Centers of Influence and serving as a primary point of contact for referral partners. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing so with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.What you’ll do:Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with Centers of Influence (attorneys, CPAs, financial professionals, and other referral sources) to generate fiduciary business opportunitiesServe as a primary point of contact for referral partners and prospective fiduciary clientsLead the RFP process as needed, partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality proposals and support business development opportunitiesParticipate in community, professional, and industry events to increase market visibility and strengthen referral networksCollaborate with Trust Officers, Wealth Advisors, and other team members to identify and pursue growth opportunitiesFacilitate introductions and referrals between prospective clients and Wealth Advisors when appropriateRemain available to support fiduciary business development opportunities, including responding to time-sensitive referral situations as neededEducate referral sources and prospects regarding trust, estate, fiduciary, and wealth management solutionsMaintain a high level of professionalism and knowledge regarding fiduciary services, trust administration, and wealth management offeringsDocument and track referral activity and relationship development effortsAct as a strategic resource and advocate for Trust & Wealth services throughout the organization and communityAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experienceDemonstrated success developing professional referral networks and Centers of InfluenceStrong knowledge of fiduciary services, trust administration, estate planning, and wealth management conceptsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple business unitsStrong presentation and networking capabilitiesAdditional Preferred Skills:Experience in trust, fiduciary, private banking, wealth management, or estate planning environmentsProfessional certifications such as CTFA, CFP, CFA, JD, CPA, or similar credentialsEstablished network of professional referral sources within the marketOur Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
