About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with talent4health to find a qualified Dialysis RN in Des Moines, Iowa, 50309!

Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code

Radius rule: will accept locals within 50 miles; 10% reduction to bill rate

Employee Separation Policy : Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply

HOLIDAY update:  unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

• NBO: 16 hrs
• EMR : EPIC
• OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
• Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
• On Call:  $9/hr
• Charge/Precept : $6/hr

Billable OT: 

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

• Patient Types: remote tele, ICU patients dialysis including AKI, ESRD
• Patient Ratios: 2:1
• Bed Size: IMMC - 5, ILH - 2
• Equipment: Fresenius 2008T machines - Hemo; Baxter Homechoice Claria-PD
• Scrubs: Navy blue, solids

Traveler will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC & Iowa Lutheran
