Your Role at Baxter This is where my hands make life-sustaining products As an Over‑the‑Road (OTR) Driver , you’ll safely complete scheduled deliveries and pick‑ups for our customers and vendors across the U.S. and Canada. Your work helps ensure life‑sustaining Baxter products arrive where they’re needed, when they’re needed. What You'll Be Doing Complete assigned deliveries and pick‑ups to and from our customers and vendors, using hoists and other devices, in a professional and, efficient manner. Follow all safety rules for equipment use and driving outlined by Baxter and DOT Handle hours of service (HOS) using Qualcomm E-log System, MS Word, MS Excel. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing excellent customer service. Follow procedures and align with the standards for Continuous Improvement. Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to push and/or pull up to 80 lbs. What You'll Bring Must be at least 21 years of age Hold a Class A CDL license with a DOT physical, physical ability test (PAT), background check, pre-employment drug screen, and road test Current U.S. Passport (or be eligible to acquire one) High School Diploma or equivalent required Applicants must be authorized to work for an employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. To that end, this position has a salary pay rate of $26.00/hr on duty with .70 per mile . The pay rate is based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
