: Summary The Asset Support Specialist will be knowledgeable of Federal FMCSA regulations as it pertains to the requirements for Independent Contractors and lease agreements, and be able to perform tasks accordingly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned): Plate and permit tractors and trailers. Filing and organizing. Adding and updating asset information to TMT and TMW as needed. Maintain documentation by indexing and organizing tractor and trailer documents in EBE and through PandaDocs. Answer emails or calls as needed. Contact drivers regarding outgoing permits, plates, and transponders. Other role tasks as deemed necessary by management. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent required, college work or completion preferred; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as leases, contracts, legal addendums, cab cards, titles, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of navigating websites, PandaDocs, TMW Database software; Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software, Microsoft Teams software, and Microsoft Word software.
