Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations to establish accurate assessment of patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver physical therapy interventions using evidence-based protocols to restore and improve physical function
- Collaborate as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care for patient groups
- Establish and communicate patient discharge plans to appropriate parties and ensure smooth transition of care
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
- Supervises assigned therapy assistants as part of patient care delivery
- Provide services across inpatient and acute inpatient rehabilitation settings (no outpatient), including ortho, neuro, ICU, and acute rehab populations

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (California) required
- CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor required
- EPIC (EMR) experience required
- Two years of physical therapy experience preferred
- Ability to work in inpatient/acute rehabilitation settings and participate in weekend coverage or rotational scheduling as needed
