Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Commission Responsibilities Heavy calendar management; schedule and facilitate interviews, both internally and externally (for our clients) Conduct in-depth research on open positions and firms, to better navigate the market and find top talent Create thorough and engaging job descriptions and postings Source active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, specifically creating notes through our ATS Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews, vetting out who is the right fit for our clients' open positions Pitch jobs to appropriate candidates and submit accordingly to clients Coordinate, confirm, and coach candidates for client interviews Handle reference checks Keep informed of new sourcing strategies Partner directly with clientele in a professional manner; advising clients on the market and any candidate-related updates Who we are seeking Interest in learning sales/recruiting Highly organized with a knack for building relationships A passion for working and your career Sharp eye for detail; motivated to do the best work possible Innate ability to connect with people Thrive in a fast-paced environment and the ultimate multitasker Extremely tech savvy - proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc. a plus; familiarity with databases/ATS systems a plus We offer an opportunity to build a career and an incredible training program.
