The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with commercial customers, contractors, property managers, facility managers, and industry partners while promoting the company's services Key Responsibilities- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, contractors, engineers, and facility managers.
- Conduct site assessments and recommend fire protection and security solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Promote fire alarm, fire sprinkler, suppression, access control, CCTV, monitoring, and inspection/service programs.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve revenue goals.
- Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with operations, project management, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in fire protection, security, construction, facility services, or related industries preferred.
Work Location: Field-Based / Territory Sales
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional after-hours networking and customer events. #2327OS Mobile, AL
