Customer Relations Specialist

We are seeking a dependable and people-focused Customer Relations Specialist to support customer communication service coordination and ongoing relationship management. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

• Follow up when additional information or action is required
• Assist with resolving routine concerns and identifying appropriate solutions
• Coordinate information with service providers and other resources as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records
• Provide customers with confirmations updates and important information
• Build positive customer relationships through responsive communication and follow-up
• Support customer retention and overall satisfaction
