This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong HR foundation who is looking for broad exposure across employee relations, recruiting, training, compliance, benefits, and day-to-day HR operations. Working closely with senior leadership, this role will serve as a key resource for employees and managers while helping support a positive, engaged workplace culture. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of projects without requiring extensive direction. They are someone who naturally anticipates needs, looks for ways to add value, and is willing to jump in wherever support is needed. Key Responsibilities Support employee onboarding, HRIS administration, employee records, and HR reporting Administer benefits, leave management, and HR compliance processes Assist managers with employee relations matters, performance management, and coaching Coordinate and support full-cycle recruiting activities Partner with leaders on employee engagement and culture initiatives Help identify and coordinate training and professional development opportunities Support safety-related initiatives and maintain visibility throughout operational areas Contribute to process improvements and recommend proactive HR solutions Assist with general administrative and organizational needs as they arise What They're Looking For Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist or broad-based HR role Manufacturing experience strongly preferred Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including employee relations and recruiting Exposure to training and development initiatives is a plus Self-starter who is proactive, curious, coachable, and grounded Team-oriented individual who is willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed SHRM-CP certification (or interest in obtaining it) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
