Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) considered
• Experience working in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct group and one-on-one therapy sessions
• Communicate progress and recommendations with teachers, families, and other stakeholders
• Utilize evidence-based practice and stay current with the latest research and intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school policies
