Establish the vision for Clinical Pharmacy Services to support and sustain excellence in delivering evidence-based medication therapy.Oversee the development and execution of strategies for delivering clinical pharmacy services across the organization in order to achieve high quality, affordable health care that improves patient outcomes.Direct a team of local and regionally-based clinical pharmacy leaders in order to achieve consistently high levels of performance meeting clinical, operational and financial key process indicators.Assess external clinical pharmacy industry trends and developments that represent risk andopportunities for the organization.
