Desktop Support Analyst (Level 1/2 IT Support) Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Employment Type: Contract (4 months, potential extension/convert to full‑time) About the Role We’re seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands‑on IT support in a fast‑paced corporate environment. You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support end users, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day technology operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving and delivering excellent customer service. What You’ll Do Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support for end users Troubleshoot hardware, software, and MS Office issues Manage tickets and resolve incidents in a timely manner Support Active Directory, MS Intune, and remote management tools Maintain office IT systems and equipment Deliver front‑line customer service and technical support Required Qualifications 5+ years of desktop support or IT support experience Strong knowledge of Windows environments and MS Office Suite Experience with Active Directory, MS Intune, and ticketing systems Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Strong customer service and communication abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting banking or legal environments Familiarity with Apple iOS devices Experience with Adobe Acrobat Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) Why Join?
