Personal Lines Account Manager
The fastest growing insurance group in the Southeast is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage the expanding revenue stream.
Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for providing continuous service to all personal lines clients. Through servicing, develop a thorough knowledge of the accounts, becoming a liaison between client, carrier and producer on a daily basis. Lead appropriate resources to address client’s needs. Actively works with producer in the retention and growth of the assigned book of business.
Positions can be hybrid, full remote or in-office.
Requirements:
- Personal Lines insurance customer service experience
- Insurance license
- Thorough knowledge of all PL coverage definitions.
- Intermediate knowledge of account management systems.
