About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced primary and/or specialty care in a collaborative clinical environment. This role focuses on comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive care, and coordination with specialty services to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Required:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Family or Adult/Geriatric)
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
- National board certification (AANP or ANCC)
