Registered Nurse Telemetry

Job Summary:

Seeking a experienced Registered Nurse with specialization in Telemetry to provide high-quality care in a small, rural healthcare setting. This assignment requires independent practice and proficiency in cardiac monitoring and acute patient management.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients on telemetry units.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and facility protocols.
  
  
• 
  Assess patient conditions regularly and document findings accurately.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with safety and infection control standards.
  
  
• 
  Ensure timely communication of patient status and changes to the appropriate medical staff.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Active RN license valid in New Hampshire or a valid Compact license.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Units.
  
  
• 
  Basic dysrhythmia interpretation skills required.
  
  
• 
  Prior travel experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Must have own reliable vehicle and be comfortable in rural settings.
  
  
• 
  Excellent assessment and independent decision-making abilities.
