We're looking for an experienced Metal Fabricator with versatility across multiple workstations, including forming, grinding, and CNC laser/punch operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and has leadership potential. Youll start on the production floor with a clear path toward a future supervisory role.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Operate press brakes and forming equipment
• Perform grinding, deburring, and metal finishing tasks
• Work with laser cutters and CNC punch machines
• Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and safety procedures
• Participate in work tests during the interview process (e.g., forming, welding, grinding)
• Ensure quality control of finished parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors

Compensation:

Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in metal fabrication is required
• Proficiency with press brakes, grinding tools, and CNC machinery
• Ability to interpret blueprints and fabrication specs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Welding experience is a plus
• Must be dependable and team-oriented
