Operations Manager

The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all processes. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and leadership to drive operational excellence and support the company’s goals. We are looking for someone who will be the Integrator of the Owner to start a new division of the company. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and achieve business objectives. • Oversee the Operations department, ensuring seamless coordination. • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. • Lead, mentor, and manage teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies. • Integrate with senior leadership to align operations with the company’s strategic vision. • Drive process innovation, adopting new technologies or systems to improve operational outcomes. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in operations management or a related leadership role. • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and leading high-performing teams. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
