Benefits also available to part‑time and PRN employees. Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist. Location: In‑facility setting. Reporting to: Director of Rehab. Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Design and implement individualized programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. Educate patients and caregivers on skills for independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers and refer patients for additional care as needed. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in all states of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. If the qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S., it must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
