7 on, 7 off coverage model

12 hour shift, day shifts only

Night coverage is via telemedicine service.

20-25 patient encounters per day (10-12 for APP)

5-6 admissions per day

Procedures:

Intubations - CRNAs on-call 24/7

Lines - PICC team on-call 24/7 for CVCs; IR available on Tuesday and Thursday

Codes - ED-managed with Hospitalist support (when on-site)

ICU

8-bed open ICU

Tele-pulmonary service available 24/7 via video visit

DFW, OKC & Tulsa candidates are ok
