Event Parking Lot Attendant

Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour

Job Type: On Call

Location: Mauldin & Greenville, SC 

Shift & Schedule: Varies (Depends on GE Vernova Park schedule and events in downtown Greenville)

Southern Valet powered by Propark is currently hiring Event Parking Lot Attendants for On Call opportunities to start immediately  for event parking at Bridgeway Station during events at GE Vernova Park and events in downtown Greenville. 

What we're looking for:

• Direct patrons where to park.
• Assist patrons with payments and validations via QR code
• Issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket.
• Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.
• May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists.
• Other special projects as assigned by location management.

Must haves:

• You are at least 17 years old.
• High School degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
• Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
• Flexible availablity for nights, weekends and holidays.
