Campus Operations Manager, Nova Academy - $60,000/year USD

This position ensures all of those elements function reliably, day after day. In this position, you own the complete non‑instructional operation of the campus. You establish trust with families by delivering clear and timely updates. You protect student safety by managing protocols and responding to incidents. You handle facilities, logistics, and operational workflows so instructional staff remain focused on students. You also ensure that technology enables learning instead of disrupting it.
