Role: PLM Developer – Siemens Teamcenter (Aerospace & Defense)
Location: Seattle, USA (Onsite)
Start Date: Immediate availability
Job Type: Contract (C2C/W2)
Interview Mode: Phone/Video
We are hiring PLM Developers across junior, intermediate, and senior levels to build Teamcenter customizations, extensions, and integrations for a major Aerospace & Defense OEM. Work will be within a blended onshore–offshore team and an AI‑powered software factory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Teamcenter customizations (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace)
Implement integrations and migration utilities
Use AI‑assisted development (pair programming, test generation)
Write testable, documented code with CI/CD practices
Collaborate across distributed teams; senior developers mentor and lead complex extensions
Experience Bands:
Junior (2–4 yrs): Builds to design under guidance
Intermediate (4–6 yrs): Delivers components independently
Senior (7–10+ yrs): Owns complex extensions, agent‑ready services, mentors team
Required Skills:
Siemens Teamcenter (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace)
Customization & extension development
Integrations & migration utilities
AI‑assisted development workflows
CI/CD, unit testing, documentation
Strong collaboration in distributed teams
