Compensation & Transparency Structure:

• Starting Range: $13.00 – $18.00 / hour (Based on a reliable hourly base rate + performance-based tier bonuses).
• Hourly Performance Boosts: We reward performance. As your client-to-membership conversion rate increases, your hourly wage automatically scales up—giving you the potential to add up to an extra $5.00/hr to your base pay.
• Direct Signup Commissions: Earn a flat $10.00 commission on top of your hourly pay for every single membership sign-up, added straight to your regular paycheck.
• Loyalty Raises: We value retention. Team members receive a straightforward $1.00/hr raise annually to reward your continued growth with us.

Our Spa Associates:

• Warmly greet guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain smooth spa operations.
• Effectively communicate promotions, services, and the benefits of our lifestyle membership program.
• Meet personal and team membership sales goals.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our menu of services and enhancements.
• Uphold spa cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality sales is a major plus.
• Strong communication skills with a genuinely friendly, client-focused attitude.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work weekend shifts is a required part of this role.
