A specialty compounding pharmacy seeks a Per Diem PRN Pharmacist for a one-week contract assignment to provide coverage in DeBary, FL. The pharmacy specializes in Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, offering an excellent opportunity to apply and expand your compounding expertise in a focused clinical setting.

Assignment Details

• Term: 1 week (ideal coverage dates August 3–7; alternative weeks considered if needed)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: DeBary, FL
• Job Type: Per Diem (PRN)

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding and verification
• Maintain strict adherence to USP 795, 797, and 800 standards
• Collaborate effectively with the pharmacy team through clear communication and professionalism
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Contribute to pharmacy growth initiatives with a motivated and proactive approach
• Uphold high standards of reliability and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Active and clear Florida pharmacist license required
• Experience in compounding, specifically sterile and non-sterile practices
• Knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines
• Preferred experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy
• New graduates with eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply
