Quality Engineer

Focusing on the deployment of the Built-In Quality (BiQ) Playbook, the full-time remote Materials Quality Engineer will ensure robust material handling processes, lead nonconformance investigations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across value stream warehouses. Key responsibilities Drive the end-to-end implementation of the BiQ Playbook within warehouse operations, ensuring process consistency and effectiveness Conduct regular quality audits to verify compliance with internal standards and document findings to drive corrective actions Manage Non-Conformance (NCR) investigations and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities to implement sustainable process improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered Proven experience in a quality or operations-focused role within a manufacturing or logistics setting Strong practical knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and structured problem-solving tools Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management platforms Ability to translate complex quality requirements into simple, actionable process instructions
