WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

This is a full-time, onsite role with evening and night shifts, typically between 3 pm and 8 pm depending on the time of year, plus weekends. You'll be working in and around South Jersey, going where the opportunities are strongest.

All that you need is:

• Canvassing or door-to-door experience (a plus)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR REMODELING CANVASSER - SALES REP?

As a Remodeling Canvasser - Sales Rep, you'll canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door, introducing Calm Water & Bath to residents with confidence and professionalism. You will start friendly, respectful conversations with homeowners, sharing educational information about our bath remodeling solutions, and identifying those who are interested. You'll capture lead information and set qualified appointments when the opportunity arises. Throughout your shift, you'll track your activity and results accurately, all while building your confidence, emotional discipline, mental resilience, and communication skills. With ongoing training, scripts, leadership support, and a professional team around you, you'll develop character and seize new opportunities every day.
