Medical Director

An outstanding, full-time position has become available in the Natchitoches, LA area for a licensed physician with 5+ years’ experience in a Medical Supervisor or Director position with primary care or family medicine . This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, Life insurance, $15k sign on bonus, a 401K w/ matching, 17 days PTO and sick time, no weekends required, among other outstanding perks. Required work experience includes: 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor/Manager/Director in a healthcare setting is REQUIRED Comprehensive understanding of FQHC regulations , nonprofit/joint commission accreditation standards (for ambulatory care), healthcare compliance , and quality improvement methodologies is REQUIRED Experience working in public health , preventative medicine , family medicine (primary care), or a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is REQUIRED Active licensure in the state of Louisiana is REQUIRED Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is a BIG PLUS CPR , DEA and CDS certifications are REQUIRED Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution is REQUIRED If interested please send your most up to date resume in PDF or Microsoft Word format for consideration.
