Job Description

We’re looking for a line cook at wok station to prepare authentic dishes with high-quality ingredients. You’ll master the wok, ensuring bold flavors and perfect execution every time.

What You’ll Do:

Keep food fresh, flavorful, and visually appealing.
Follow recipes, plating standards, and portion control for consistency
Prepare and cook authentic Central Asian dishes
Keep station clean, organized, and compliant with food safety (FIFO, labeling, storage).
Assist in inventory management and ingredient prep.
Support catering/special events and team tasks as needed.
Work closely with BOH/FOH teams for smooth service.
