Kitting Associate (Start Immediately - No Interview)

Location: 3185 Lewis Center Way, Grove City, OH 43123
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Assignment Dates: October 26–November 6, 2026
Job Type: Short-term contract

Position Summary

Seeking dependable Kitting Associates for a short-term warehouse project. Associates will work at kitting tables, assembling documents and products into completed customer kits while meeting quality and daily production goals.

Responsibilities

Assemble documents, products, and other components into finished kits.
Follow instructions provided by the table lead or kitting coordinator.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
Check completed work for accuracy and quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Communicate progress and issues to the table lead or coordinator.
Assist with other warehouse and production tasks as needed.
Follow facility safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Work additional hours when required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
Dependable attendance and availability for the full project schedule.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
