Titles Retail Media Specialist, Analyst, Associate, Paid Search Specialist, or Performance Marketing Specialist
- Nutley, NJ (hybrid)
- 6 months+ contract
- 2–4 year s of retail media experience
- Looking for Agency backgrounds where candidates are executing campaigns across multiple retail media networks
- Looking for Candidates who are personally building and optimizing campaign s , not just managing agencies or strategy
- 50% –Demonstrates hands-on experience managing Retail Search campaigns across key retail media platform s (e.g., Target, Walgreens, DoorDash, Instacart, Kroger, Walmart, etc.) and can speak to platform-specific capabilities and best practices
- .20% – Experience using retail media management tools such as Pacvue and/or Criteo
- .10% – Ability to develop and execute effective retail search strategies aligned to business objectives
- .10% – Ability to clearly articulate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations back to the business in a concise, actionable way
- .10% – Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
